Approach
Experience from both sides of the table
As a former Land Administrator, I sat in the chair that decides — weighing heirs’ evidence, checking documents and issuing distribution orders. As a lawyer, I now sit beside the family making the claim.
That perspective lets me anticipate what will be asked at the hearing, which documents are usually missing, and where most applications get stuck.
- Thorough investigation of heirsIdentifying original and substitute heirs before any calculation is made.
- Transparent faraid calculationEvery fraction is explained — you know where each figure came from.
- Plain languageNo unnecessary jargon. A clear explanation you can share with your family.
